BECOMING A MEMBER
Joining Local 831 is by appointment only
on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please
call (626) 288-6115 for an appointment and to verify the total fees due. The day of your appointment,
you are expected to be at Local 831's office at 9:00 am to begin your application process.
You will fill-out an application packet and get photographed for a badge.
Your "orientation" with one of the Local 831 Business Representatives will
start at 9:00 a.m. sharp and will last approximately an hour.
Required Documents to Bring to Your Appointment
Driver's License (must be valid)
Social Security Card
If you are married and/or have dependents, the following items are also
required:
Marriage Certificate (original)
Birth Certificate for each dependent (original)
